caulerpa macro algae for marine tank

Description: £4.50P a bag(handful) free 1st class postage

Description:
Bright colored caulerpa macro algae that is hardy and stable.

Conditions:
This can live without light in a tank with high nitrates or phosphates. This algae is also faster growing than cheato and absorbs pollutants much quicker. This type of macro algae is very strong and stable. Most importantly, unlike cheato or other caulerpa this does not get eaten by your fish!!!(99.5% of time)I have reduced my nitrates and phosphates from double figures to almost untraceable in a matter of a weeks from switching from cheato algae. This grows much quicker too...

What you get:
You will receive a bunch of algae the size of a tennis ball.. The algae acts as a refugium for pods and brittlestars and my algae if full of them so you may get a few freebies with it too.

Packaging: I will package the algae in a sealed bag with a little bit of water wrapped in tissue to keep the moisture. Reason for this, is if algae is sent in a bag full of water then PH will lower in transit and could reduce the effectiveness of the algae. Using a damp tissue to wrap the algae keeps the water oxygenated and fresh. Using this method of posting is not to only to save money but so it arrives fresh and ready to grow.

Tip:
If you have approximately a ball of this algae to every fish you have your tank will keep nitrates and  phosphates almost zero!!! I base this theory on my setup wich has my back compartment full of this and also have some in my display as a refuge for the pods and shrimp...Can collect if you preferCW98DH
